Cozmo and Air Arabia- Receipt entry in E travel for other services (Excess baggage,Hala submission,OK to Board etc.)
Invoicing the Cash Ticket Sales in E travel
Passing payment entry in E travel for the collection amount deposited in bank
Passing receipt entry for Holiday collection and corresponding invoice creation as per cost sheet in VMS(Holidays booking- Cozmo and Air Arabia)
Passing expense payment entry in E travel basis the documents received from Branch and duley approved by Finance
Maintaining a daily reprot for cash deposit from all the UAE branches and reconciling it with the bank statement and E travel. Reporting the unreconcilied items to the respctive Branch in Charge, Branch Manager and Cash Book Supervisor UAE on a daily basis and get the same reported
Reversing payable /receivable receipts,if any, in Etravel on daily basis upon request from concerned staff
